Promotions made in and appointments made to the Order of the Bath on the 2nd June 1923. Steps taken by the India Office to avoid the possibility of damages to Insignia and badges in transit. Decision that Insignia and badges of the Order of the Bath should be returned direct to the Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood by recipients on their promotion in the Order. In the case of the Order of the British Empire Such decorations should be recovered by the Government of India and returned to the Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood.
