Appointment of Daud Khan, Sardar Bahadur, Colonel Commandant, Alwar Partap Paltan, and Nand Singh, Sardar Bahadur, Lieutenant-Colonel, Commandant, Faridkot State Forces, as Honorary Indian Aides-de-Camp on His Excellency the Viceroy`s personal staff with effect form the 4th April 1926. Reluctance of H.H. the Nawab of Bahawalpur to agree to Muhammad Afzal Khan, C.I.E., Sarder Bahadur, Colonel Commandant, Bahawalpur Sadiq Infantry`s being made an A.D.C. to the Viceroy. Sardar Pooran Singh, C.I.E., Sardar Bahadur, Major-General in the Kapurthala State Force, and Lieutenant Mehr Muhammad Khan, C.I.E., O.B.E., Sardar Bahadur, Major-General in the Malerkotla State Forces, re-appointed to complete their 5 years` tenure of appointment.
