Direction by the Governor General under section 266(3) of the Government of India Act, 1935, that the Federal Public Service should be consulted in cases(1) relating to the payment of compensation to officers affected by the abolition of posts,(2) when it is proposed to award a pension, including an additional pension, less than the maximum admissible under the rules,(3) relating to domicile and (4) other cases.
