Complaint of the Afghan Government that Afghan subjects holding new passports granted by the Afghan visa officer at Chaman, are prevented from travelling to the interior of India in the absence of visas. 2. Arrangements for the granting of visas by the Extra Assistant Commissioner, Chaman to Afghan proceeding into the interior of India from Chaman. 3. Report that all Afghan subjects returning to Afghanistan via Chaman must obtain visas from the Afghan passport officers, Chaman.
