Cancellation of the Hong Kong Passport No. 3371 issued to one Spooran Singh, a resident of the Patiala State owing to the irregular action of the Patiala State officials in filling the perticulars of his wife, Jai Kaur, on the Passport. Grant of fresh Passports to him and to his wife.
