Purchase of a motor car for the use of the Agent to the Governor General in Central India. Decision that a fixed charges of 100 a month payable all the year round will be levied from the Agent to the Governor General in return for the right of the private use of the car, on the understanding that when it is used for official purposes, the Agent to the Governor General, or any other official, using it will draw reduced travelling allowance under Article 999 of the Civil Service Regulations and that if special rules are hereafter laid down for travelling allowance in respect of Journeys by motor cars, Agent to the Governor-General or the other official concerned will come under them.
