Forwards accordingly a Sunnud in the usual form, and expresses an opinion that a special allowance of say Rupees 50 per mensem should be given to Syud Ulvee by the Chief who maintains the force which he has raised and commands. On this point an expression of the views of the Bombay Government will be awaited.
