Sanctioning certain expenditure of money for the working of Act XX. of 1866 (the Registration Act) in the Hyderabad Assigned Districts. Also sanctions the payment of a commission of 10 per cent. to the Sub-Registrars in the Berars as in done in the Central Provinces, subject to reconsideration at the end of a year on submission of a Statement showing the average monthly allowance received by each Sub-Registrar.
