Conditions under which the Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway Company and the Baroda Durbar are willing to submit to arbitration the question of their respective liabilites to pay damages and costs awarded to Ghandi Kachrabhai Kasturchand of Viramgam in connection with his claim for compensation on account of damage done to his fields by flooding, due to deficient waterways on His Highness the Gaekwars Mehsana-Viramgam railway.
