1. Question regarding the incidence of Trade Licence fee in respect of branch lines under Messrs. Mcleod and company.. 2.Proposal to refer the matter to arbitration in respect of Burdwan-Katwa Railway and other branch lines under Messrs. McLeod and Company dropped and the fee allowed as and actual item of working expenses. 3. Payment of Rs. 51 being the equivalent of three gold nohurs to Mr. G.B. mcNair, of Messrs. Morgan and Company, Calcutta, as fee for advice given in this matter, chargeable to 12-Miscellaneous Railway expenditure. 4. Decision that Trade Licence fee should in future be met out of the lump sum allowance payable to managing Agents of Branch Line companies. 5. Messrs. mcleod and company, asked to consider the possibility of reduction of expenditure particularly the administration expenses of Railways under their construction.
