Points raised by the all India Railwaymen Federation regarding the revised state railway Leave rules for discussion at the serventeenth half yearly meeting held on the 19th may 1939. Amendment of rule 9 in Annexure I and rule 4 in Annexure II of the revised state Railway leave Rules so as to allow accomulation of leave to inferior adn daily rated staff up to 30 days.Grant of a second option to the inferrior servants daily raated staff and labourers who elected to remain under the old leave rules to elect for the revised leave rules.
