Transmission to His Majestys Secretary of State for India of the Memorial addressed to his Imperial majesty the King Emperor from Mirza Nazim Shah, son of Nizam Shah, a Delhi State prisoner, appealing againest the decisuin if the Government of India rejecting his memorials for Pecuniary aid and exemption taxes.
