Sanction accorded (i) to the reappropriation of funds from the savings of the grants in the Budget Estimates of the North-West Frontier Province and of Ajmer-Merwara for the year 1904-1905, and (II) to an additional grant to cover the excess of expenditure duing the same period for which no provision exists in the sanctioned Budget Estimates for the year 1904-1905.
