Authority conferred upon the Naib Tahsildar at Nushki to exercise within the limits of the Nushki Tahsil the powers of a Magistrate of the 3rd class described in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, as modified by the Baluchistan Agency Criminal Justice Law, 1896, and of a court of a Naib Tahsildar described in the Baluchistan Agency Civil Justice Law, 1896.
