Three petitions from Nihalchand Sunderlal., resident of Partabgarh (1) asking that certain lands said to have been confiscated may be restored to him (2)asking that certain arrangements may be made with regard to the maintenance of his son alleged to have been adopted by one champalal and (3) regarding a charge of trespass brought against him.
