Grant of a refund of the difference between the specific and ad Valorem duty in the case of a gun and revolver sold by Messrs. ashoo Tosh Daw & Co. to one Gurjaman Gurung, a Zamindar of Bhutan. Amendment of the orders regarding the grant by Political Officers of certificates in cases where as a matter of courtesy it is expedient to allow refunds of duty on magazines pistols and revolvers when purchased by Native Chiefs and Notables.
