Proposal to employ retired Gurkha Native officers at fixed centres in Nepal for the payment of pension to aged and infirm Gurkha pensioners residing beyond the borders of British india. Acceptance by the Government of India of the offer of the Nepalese Prime Minister to waive recovery of the commission hitherto levied by the Darbar from pensioners on payments made to them.
