Decision that the use of words of a particular language on the paper bands round cigars should not be regarded a `false trade description` under the Indian Merchandise Marks Act, IV of 1889 so long as the Country for manufacture is clearly indicated on the box containing the cigars, and so long as the bands themselves are not stamped with a counterfeit trade mark.
