Proposal to amend the Aden Port Trust Act so as (1) to empower the Board of Trustees of the Port to appoint an officer to grant Port-clearances at Aden and to make the port and other dues sanctioned by Government recoverable from the Agents of vessels; and (2) to provide for the registration both of sea-borne and inland trade and for the due delivery of import and export pass notes by owners or consignees of goods.
