Act II of 1887 amending the provisions of the Indian Tariff Act XI of 1882, in regard to the rates and method of assessment of Customs duty on spirit when imported into British India; and also amending sections 144, 146, 148 and 151 of the Sea Customs Act VIII of 1878, in regard to the transport of spirit under bond from one part of a province to another by sea. Date from which the provisions of the new Act should be enforced.
