Judgement passed by the Bombay Court in the appeal preferred by the Holland Bombay Trading Company, Limited, against the decision of Mr. Justice Candy in the suit brought by the Company for the recovery of the duty levied by the Customs Department on cotton blankets imported by it in the year 1894.
