Decision that the `Twist Drills` imported by Mr. D.D. Coath, a Mechnical Engineer in Rangoon are component parts of machinery as now defined and exempt from import duty under the provisions of No. 14 of Schedule IV of the Tariff Amendment Act XVI of 1894. Refund to Mr. D.D.Coath of customs duty levied on the drinks in question.
