Proposal to give the emoluments sanctione for the post of A.D.C. to H.E. the Governor of the NWFP to Lt. Hodson while his preeces, Capt. Grose, is yet on leave on average pay under F.R. 100. Decision that the Governor has the power under s.241(5) to grant the proposed extra remuneration of Rs. 100 to Lt. Hoson provided this does not involve an excess over the maximum amount fixed in the Fourth Scheule to the G/I (Governors Allowances an Privileges) order 1936 read with Provisio(1) in para 7(1)(b)thereof.
