Decision that fencing material and the other enumerated in the latter portion of Article 59 of Schedule IV of the Indian Tariff Act, 1894 (VIII of 1894), are exempt from customs duty when imported by, or under the orders of, a Railway Company, irrespective of the purpose for which they may be used.
