Decision that the concession regarding the exemption from customs duty of military band instruments by a regiment of His Majesty`s regular forces serving in India is not applicable to Volunteer Corps, and that drum head sticks imported for the use of the Naini Tal Volunteer Rifles are not exempt from Customs duty.
