Decision that proposals for reduction of special aditional pension of the Secretary of states officers should in future be handled by the Public Secretariat pof the Governor-General and not by Deptt. of the Govt. of India concerned with the Service. Decision that references relating to individual members of the Secretary of states services serving under the provincial Govt. excluding the Chief Commissioners Provinces should be ealt with in the Public Secretariat of the Governor-General.
