Inadmissibility of the grant of travelling allowance to Mr. G. B. Saylar to visit his family during the X-mas holidays of 1911-12 owing to his not having moved to Calcutta with the Head quarters of the Govt. of India he having rejoined at Calcutta from long leave out of India.
