Amendment of the opium rules of the Central provinces and berar with a view (i) to prescribe rates for the supply of opium to farmers licensed vendors recognized agents of fendatory States, etc. and (II) to make them applicable to opium its alkloids and intoxicating drugs prepared from the poppy and to restrict the possession of morephia by chemists.
