Renewal of the Opium Convention made with the Chief-de-Service at Chandernagore for a further period of five years with effect from the 1st January 1894. Insertion of an additional Clause in the new Convention to the effect that all contraband opium seized in French Territory shall be handad over to the Collector of Hooghy on payment of its value.
