Procedure laid down for claiming refund of the amount of the tax deducted from the monthly salary of a person who receives a salary of Rs. 41-10-8 or more a month but whose total income from all sources is, owing to absence to leave, less than Rs.500 for the year. Deduction on account of income tax to be made with reference to salary of each month. ----
