Revision of the superior staff of the Railway Board, viz.:- (1) Creation of a new appointment of Joint Secretary to the Railway Board on a salary of Rs.1,800 rising by annual increments of Rs.100 to Rs.2,000 per mensem. (2) The abolitin of one appointment of Assistant Accountant General and (3) the reduction of the pay of Assistant Secretary, Engineering, from Rs.800-1,500 to Rs.800-1,250 per month.
