Decision that members of the Provincial Legislative Councils and members of the Legislative assembly should no longer enjoy the designation ``Hon`ble`` but should be allowed by usage, to attach the letter Mr. L. C. & `M. L. A`. respectively to their names and that the title `Hon`ble should be reserved for members of the Council of State.
