Remission of the fees chargeable under the Court Fees Act, 1870, (VII of 1870), on certified copies of entries in records-of-rights furnished, in accordance with any rules for the time being force under the Bengal Tenancy Act, 1885 (VIII of 1885), after the final publication of such records-of-rights under section 103A (2) of that Act.
