Grant of the prayer in the memorial to the Secretary of State for India from Mr. A. N. Roy that he may be permitted to count towards increments in the time scale of pay of Assistant Director General of the Post Office the officiating service rendered by him in that grade prior to the 1st July 1922, this recommendation being made by the Government of India on the advice of the Public Service Commission.
