Decision that , with effect from the 1st January 1931, the incidence of the contribution payable by Government under the I.C.S. (Non-European Members) Provident Fund Rules should be determined in each case in accordance with the principle of clause (2) of Article 190 of the Audit Code. Decision to consider the question of the incidence of the I.C.S. Family Pension Fund charges in connection with the impending ocnstitutional changes.
