Insertion of the definition of `tenure post` in a new clause (30-A) in Rule 9 and definition of the terms `the same time-scale` and `identical time-scale` in clauses (b) and (c) of Rule 9(30). Question of bringing the rules in the Civil Service Regulations relating to the fixation of initial pay into line with those inthe Fundamental Rules.
