Decision that the control of the salt revenue in Sind should continue to be vested in the Commissioner of that province- Adjustment of prices at the salt producing centers in Sind and the Sukkur Depot- Abolition of the licensing in the Larkhana and Sukkur Districts and its restriction to areas in which the danger from illicit practices is extreme- Proposed construction of a tramway for the conveyance of salt from Maurypur to Karachi.
