Date from which contribution for pension and leave allowance at the rate prescribed in Note 2 in Art. 809 (a) (i) of the C.S.R. should be recovered from certain officer of the Engineer establishment in foreign service. Question as to far an officer in foreign service is eligible for the special pension of Rs. 1,000 a year admissible under article 714 of the C.S.R.
