Service in the Settlement Department allowed to count for pension if followed by pensionable service paid from a Patwari Fund. Exemption of officers rendering pensionable service under a Patwari Fund from the operation of the rule in Article 753 (III) of the Civil Service Regulations. Decision that the note to Article 755(c) of the Civil Service Regulations applies to foreign service of both the first and second kinds.
