Read a Despatch from the Honble Court of Despatch No. 107 of 1857 dated 29th July replying to certain portion of letters from the Foreign Department dated in 1856 also replyint to certain portions of Narratives of the Progds of the government North West Provinces the 1st & 3rd quarter of 1855 & the 1st quarter of 1856 7 of the government of Bengal for the 2nd quarter of 1856.
