Recommendation made to the Home Govt. for the grant of a special pension of Rs.6,000 a year to Dr. Theodore Cooke, C.I.E., late Principal of the College of Science at Poona, in lieu of the pension of Rs.5,000 a year to which he has been admitted under rule.
