Decision on the question whether an Officer holding a temporary appointment under Government, while retaining a lien upon a permanent appointment, is entitled to count for pension the higher pay of his temporary appointment ; as also on the question whether the sub. pro tem. allowances, drawn by officers in consequence of the deputation of an officer to temporary duty or to Foreign service where contribution is not required, count.
