Grant of a pension of 100 pound a year to Mrs. E. Phayre, widow of the late Mr. R. Phayre, B. C. S., a Deputy Commissioner in Burma, who was killed in an encounter with dacoits in 1886, and of a pension of 18 pound a year to her son untill he age of eighteen years.
