Continuance,until the receipt of the Report of the Actuary on the Affairs of the Bombay Uncovenanted Service Family Pension Fund,as they may stand on the 31st March 1892,of Rules 45 and 46 of the Fund,which require that 30percent. of the subscritions paid to the Widows Branch by a subscriber,whose wife predeceases him,should either be refunded to him,or,in case of his wishing to join the Life Assurance Branch,should be transferred to that Branch .
