Grant of a pension of Rs. 25 a month to Mary, B.Powar, widow of Bhau Yeshwant Powar late Chief Constable, Great Indian Peninsula Railway Police, who was died of plague contrated in the discharge of duties connected with plague, instead of to his eldest son as required by Article 791(a) of the Civil Service Regulations, on the understanding that the grant is for the support of the family.
