Acceptance of the Secretary of States proposal to allow Indian Civil Service annuitants, receiving their annuities from the Home Treasury, rupee annuities specified in Article 983, Civil Service Regulations, converted at rates of exchange at which rupee pensions of other services are converted, subject to a minimum of 1,000 pounds.
