Decision that the travelling allowance of Mr. G. B. Scott and other officers of the Survey of India Department who have been transferred to the North-Western Provinces and Oudh for survey and record work in those Provinces should both for journeys on transfer and on tour be regulated by Article 1174 of the Civil Service Regulations.
