Question whether the employment of a Govt. servant while on leave preparatory to retirement, on a state owned but Company worked railway, may be treated as a privates service for the purpose of the orders under which employment in an Indian State etc., while on leave preparatory to retirement, may be treated as private employment except in special cases in which such employment should be treated as foreign services.
