Amendment of the Income-tax Act, 1922 (XI of 1922), so as - 1) to assess the perquisite of rent-free residences to income-tax, and 2) to make it clear that the second proviso to Section 68 of the Act was intended to provide for the adjustment of assessments to super-tax made in 19221-22.
