Recommendation made to the Home Government that the leave on medical certificate for one year, taken by the Revd. C. Swynnerton, a Senior Chaplian in the Lahore Diocese, in consequence of ill-helth caused by field service, may be considered to be of the same nature as leave admissible under Article 780 B of the C.S.Rs, and subject to the same conditions.
